Our training & support

We provide 2 types of training :

  • Methodology which is based on global standards like API, ASME, ISO, NACE... This methodology called OPERCOM™ has been in use for more than 20 years in all energy installations, food industries...
  • Software which is based on OPERCOM™, used for execution and follow up of all completion and commissioning activities and anomalies. This software is in use by more than 1200 users around the world.

We also provide different types of support to our clients like: study and audit on the completion and commissioning aspects from contractual to execution phases. Our expertise is based on multi energy and multi project types.

This training is for future supervisors, engineers and managers in the field of construction and commisioning.

In this training you will learn how to conduct a global commissioning approach in your projects, from the engineering to execution.

    Objective

The commissioning training aims to master and monitor the quality of the realization and the smooth progress of your construction or renovation projects. You will learn how to do the engineering and execution of completion and commissioning.

You will prepare all requiere procedures and informed on the recent lessons learned and best practices in the industry.

The objectives of our training are:

  • Master OPERCOM™ methodology
  • Familiarize with main Commissioning terms (pre-commissioning, commissioning, RFC, AOC, FAT, SAT, ...),  some  orders  of  magnitude  (KPIs,  duration, planning, manhours)
  • Familiarize with pre-commissioning and commissioning engineering (preparation ) activities (organization, mobilization, tool, MDR)
  • Familiarize with pre-commissioning and commissioning execution (e.g.tests), and elements to consider (Permit to Work, Organization ,Skills, HSE, risks mitigation, contracts...)
  • Understand the expectations from entities (PJC, TEC, EXP)
  • Overview raised points from REX and audits (type of contract, transferfrom Construction to commissioning teams, transfer from Commissioning to Field Operations teams, punch-list, leak tests, spare parts... )
  • Introduction to ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning And Progress System) completion software and Company Referential related to OPERCOM™
  • Disciplines commissioning challenges
