This methodology guarantees you an efficient and secured transition from the construction phase to the operation phase
What is OPERCOM™ ?
OPERCOM™ is the methodology you need for an effective commissioning process. Used by the major actors in the market, it is the solution to optimize the commissioning of your projects.
It is used from the contract to start up of a project, providing completion and commissioning aspects for each phase (basic engineering, detailed engineering, construction, completion, commissioning, start up). This methodology is industrially proven and provide the best practices gained over 30 years of usage.
Note : OPERCOM™ training modules are offered to future users.
Many sessions have been organized for more than 20 years, best practices and lessons will be shared with you.

Objectives
The OPERCOM™ methodology
A multidisciplinary methodology
This methodology covers all activities in all disciplines: Mechanical, Process, Electricital, Instrumentation...
A reliable and proven methodology
Based on international standards (API, ASME, ISO, NACE, …) and conceived to test energy plant, it is now recognized for its broad industrial spectrum: food, construction...
Used for more than twenty years, the method has benefited from numerous project feedbacks which have reinforced its reliability. Any installation, regardless of industry, can be tested using this methodology.
A comprehensive methodology
With this methodology, we assure to have the most optimized (cost, planning, security…) completion and commissioning activities.
Each discipline - Mechanical, Electricital, Instrumentation, ... - draws up lists which are processed by Commissioning. That is several thousand items per project. Each test is the subject of a test sheet. All the documents make it possible to respect the objectives of traceability.
A set of procedures used for each project, which brings together the basic tools necessary to obtain a smooth transfer of the installations, from the Construction team to the Operator.
Both general and precise, this methodology is suitable for any process. OPERCOM™ has already been used in the automotive industry, transport and the construction sector.
